"I can’t say enough good things about SpringHill Suites Mount Lebanon. Every time I visit Pittsburgh, the team here makes me feel truly welcomed. A huge shoutout to Josh at the front desk—he is incredibly accommodating, always finding me the best rates and even helping me navigate a recent snowstorm (literally shoveling me out!). The entire front desk staff is kind and professional, making every check-in feel like coming home. The hotel is quite clean thanks to the hardworking housekeeping and maintenance teams, and the breakfast staff does a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and delicious. If you're looking for a stress-free, high-quality stay in the area, I highly recommend this location!"

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was very clean, quiet, and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The free breakfast was good. We didn't use the hotel parking garage as there was a charge of $17 per night. We found less expensive parking at the public garage just a short walk down the street. We were very pleased. Everything worked in the room. The refrigerator, the TV remote, the A/C, the bathroom fixtures and the window curtains were all working perfectly and effortlessly. Those things are just expected but our stay in two other hotels (different company) proved that these expectations are frequently not met in the hotel business. The whole experience at this hotel and in Mt. Lebanon during our stay was very refreshing! We are coming back again and will stay here in this hotel.

Had a great 10 day stay at this property for Christmas! Very comfortable, clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Only suggestion i can offer: parking garage is small with weird angles so if youre driving a large vehicle find alternate parking

Great hotel at a great price. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Located in a great little downtown area. I would stay here again.

I stayed here a few years ago and loved it. Great except for Marriott Micro Toilets that have seats 12 inches off ground. Too low to get on and off easily. This time, a group of us met in the lobby for drinks and visiting was I had two relatives staying here. Group of 10 was accommodated easily. Staff was very friendly. Bartender made it fun and was on top of service. Great environment to just hang out, catch up and talk without being bothered or being too crowded.

Rooms are pretty nice, breakfast is the weakness in terms of food provided and quality. Parking fee at $10 would be easier to swallow. Good Overall.

This location is great for a short trip to Pittsburgh for a game and not far away from downtown. The lightrail/metro station is located directly behind the hotel which is great if you dont want to drive into the city. The parking is tight underneath the hotel located on the backside of it but very worth it. The room was in need of some repairs and some of the lights didn't work next to the bed and the one on the desk. The master light switch didn't work to control them all on/off. Not too happy with the selection of breakfast items, very bland and not enough choices for children i.e. cereal. Overall, it was okay and we use this location often. It's quiet and away from the city a bit and easy to get to.
